The Well PR 2023-2024 End of Year

“The Well PR 2023-2024 End of Year”

Our last week was full of fun as we practiced for our closing assemblies and finished up some projects. We are so proud of all our students and so grateful to God who has been so faithful to us this year and for the 5 YEARS the Well Center for the Arts has been running. He truly keeps His promises. See you in August!

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” - Matthew 28:18-20

To the VERY end of the age.

Our students at the closing assembly reciting the memory verse from Matthew 28:18-20.

ACTIVITES

The students wrapped up some things in the classrooms, such as PAJAMA DAY and the animal presentations for the oldest Seeds students. We also finished watching the documentary, The March of the Penguins, in honor of our Antarctica study.

Several students were honored for their birthdasy: Mateo and Carolina Rios, as well as Esteban Colon and Judah Pardo.

Finally, we also had some special guests visit us! Authors Kelly Pinela and Natalia Alicea came to read their book, La Vida de una Pequeña Hormiguita, to the Garden and Oaks students. This visit was inspired by the insect play that the Garden kids prepared for their closing assembly. Also, we had a visit from one of our supporters in the states, Shane and Iris Goicochea and their sons, who visited the facilities and attended the closing.

CLOSING ASSEMBLIES

The Garden and Oaks students celebrated their closing assembly on Thursday. The Garden kids wowed the audience with their original play, The Ants and the Grasshopper. Congratulations to Estela and Hallel who will be moving on to the SEEDS program and to Olivia, Joshua, Mateo, Anaiah, Elisha and Esteban who will begin the high school Oaks program next year.

On Friday, the Seeds had their closing assembly. The students sang beautiful songs conducted by Mrs. Emily and Mr. Jean and Bayoán gifted us with a violin solo. He, as well as Isaiah and Jeremías will be moving up to the Oaks Middle Years program next year. Congratulations everyone!
