Welcome!

Thank you so much for your interest in the Seeds Homeschool Supplemental Program for 2024-2025, for grades 1-6. We delight in teaching children through the arts in an integrated, multi-age, and non-traditional way, while upholding a Biblical-worldview in our exploration and understanding of the arts, science, and history. If you are new to The Well Center for the Arts, then welcome!

Why this approach?

Bible. Arts. Creation-Science. History.

As parents, artists, and educators, we designed this two-day program to serve as a hybrid experience; encouraging families to continue creatively homeschooling their children, while at the same time giving their kids the opportunity to learn with other homeschooled children in a safe, loving, and God-glorifying environment. This hybrid approach, also gives interested homeschooling parents:

  • the opportunity of having their children learn subjects that they may not normally cover during their own homeschool time.

  • the time to work on other projects or support other children at home.

  • the confidence and support that first-time homeschool families may need

Program details for 2024-2025

SEEDS is moving to Tuesdays and Thursdays!

While participating in the Seeds Day Program, the students in grades 1-6 will study the Bible, Creation-Science, and History through the arts and enjoy playtime both indoors and out.  Parents continue teaching other subjects, such as Math and Language at home and at the level and pace of their child.

We are so thankful to continue partnering with My Father’s World Books this year to provide a custom unit-based and hands-on curriculum. This year’s theme will be “Creation to the Greeks.”

The program will meet 2 days a week, from 1:00-4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Iglesia Metodista de Torrimar in Guaynabo. In case of emergencies, this format may be changed or adapted to include online distance learning.

Classes Begin on Thursday, August 15, 2024

Parents will receive a full program calendar and scope and sequence at orientation.
